I've gotta admit that not much new music grabbed me this year, so my top 5 of 2012 is all about the classic vinyl that had the most spins on my turntable the last 365 (or so) days...I had to narrow it down to 3 lists...70's and 80's, and live albums from the 70's...included after each are my favorite tracks from that album



 
70's
